Medicare – GP management plan (also known as Enhanced Primary Care Plan and Chronic Disease Management Plan ) – Medicare plays 5 visits of around $53 per visit.

Rebate varies depending on level of cover and which extras indiviuals have opted to be covered for.

DVA pay the entire visit fee.
